As a Senior Supportability Engineer you will be utilising your engineering expertise with the design teams to ensure the availability, reliability and maintainability of product designs and the development of the support solution for products across the organisations portfolio.

You must have SC Clearance.

You will be accountable for:

  • Head up projects within Integrated Logistic Support (ILS).
  • Ensuring that ILS is part of all design reviews.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the as-designed standard of the product to an appropriate level for the support strategy.
  • Making recommendations on ILS activities to meet the requirements of a particular project.
  • Supporting the Design Review process as the project ILS expert.
  • Providing ILS input to the System Requirements Specification (SYR) and making recommendations on the verification method for ILS related requirements.

Job Description

Working as the companies CIO you will have an analytical mindset and understand that accessible and structured data is key for success.

You will be in control of the organisations future road-map & make sure that they are in the position to have the best systems available. You must demonstrate the skills and ability to make those plans a reality, however you must also understand the cost and complexity of these systems and balance cost versus benefit. 

You will be responsible for the analysing of the clients internal data protection and security, documenting policies and creating maintainable information structures on packages such as SharePoint.

You will need DV level clearance to apply for this role.
